Ah finally back again. I was waiting for your update but to be honest I didn't expect so many ripe fruits :w00t: Amazing! They plants all look very strong and healthy and I guess you'll have lots and lots to harvest this year. Congrats! You obviously now how it works. The Erdinger is some part of the secret I guess
I hope we don't need to wait that long for the next update

Wow, that is an awesome update!
Your plants are looking very healthy and decorative, too! All those ripening pod bring in some colour on misty and rainy days!
You will still harvest lots of peppers to keep you warm during the winter.
And don't mind the confusion with all the names: There still peppers...
Can't wait to see the next update!

Thank you Marco. Yeah, I was lucky with the weather this year, and the balcony is great!
Oh, the Erdinger just happened to be in the kitchen No you will not have to wait so long for the next update! There will be one soon
Thanks Markus! Yes I am very happy with them too, and they definately brighten up the days here, right now weather is really bad and grey :undecided: And I am not afraid of running out of chili this winter There will be plenty!

Looks like a Chili-Jungle....
They plant give you the oxygen you need,if you eat the chili.
The mexican looks wonderful.Could you already try one?
Can you give me a few seeds of it?

Moin Norbert, thank you. Yes it took me a while to get to the update, sorry to keep you waiting so long :blush Do you mean the mexican with the round pods? Yes of course I can save you some seeds, but actually I am not so impressed with the size of the fruits, and I am not sure they are totally ripe yet. I can send you some of the seeds I brought back from Mex if you are interested? Hehe, Ristrafari, good name :clapping:
In a good summer even I have the chance to grow chilis by daylight Not always with such a great result but this year was real sunny

A few pics from today; 5 of my favorites this year and probably to be repeated in 2015, and 2 mystery plants from Mexico finally harvested...
Taormina. On the balcony this morning.
Protaras. Have harvested a lot from it already.
Ripatransone. Will be made into a ristra soon.
Zimbabwe Bird. Beautyful, small and really productive.
Helmut. Has already given lots and lots of fruit.
Guajillo, Mex. Pods not as big as the one I took seeds from.
Jalapeno Red, Mex. Maybe.
Now in the dryer...
There will soon be pics of all the dried stuff, have been really happy that I invested in a dryer this year! But... that´s all for now folks
